This happened.

I just ordered Jillian Michaels Body Revolution.

It looks like P90X, but by Jillian -- the workouts are only 30 mins instead of 90. Each phase has a bunch of workouts that include cardio, weights, and plyometrics (whatever that is), and each phase is hopefully different enough that I won't get bored!

It will probably take a week or two to get here, but when it does, I can keep you updated. By which I mean, hopefully keep myself accountable.

Yay!

  1. 30 minutes is waaaaaay better than 90! P90X was just so boring, I didn't make it past day 3. Good luck with Jillian!
